Funded by the Department of Communities Tasmania, training topics are chosen in consultation with the sector, resulting in a diverse suite of subsidised training opportunities for our members’ highly skilled workforce. We work with trainers who are experts in their field, tailoring each training session to the needs of the Tasmanian housing and homelessness sector. The previous 3 year Workforce Development Strategy/Project was highly successful, and we will continue to build on this trust and expertise for the next 5 years.
