Youth, Family and Community Connections (YFCC) is a not-for-profit, community organisation that provides a range of services to young people, families and individuals in communities across the North West Coast and West Coast of Tasmania.

The YFCC Homelessness Week Luncheon for 2023 will be held in partnership with Gran’s Van, with Alistair Ollington (Gran’s Van Co-ordinator) as guest speaker at the event. The purpose of the Luncheon this year is to raise awareness about Gran’s Van and the pivotal service they provide.
