Workshop #3 rounds off the series by introducing the tools and strategies for practitioners to implement into their practice to ensure ongoing self-care and wellbeing.  Workshop #3 covered: Self-care Tools; Frameworks; Developing a vicarious resilience framework; The art of happiness; Personality and vicarious resilience. Workshop #3: Tools for Self-Care is the first time we have split a full day equivalent training session across two sessions, one week apart and delivered online.
